I thought I'd give this a try as I was looking for some new information to update my program. The book provided good information regarding the physical stress and science behind muscle growth but I kept waiting for the book to take off...and then, 30 minutes later, I was done with it. There was nothing new here that I hadn't already read on other reputable fitness sites - for free.

After the encouraging reviews and considering the reasonable price, I was expecting an insightful look into bodybuilding techniques and methods. Unfortunately, this book provides little that isn't learned by reading a couple of muscle mags. Also extraordinarily short. I was 80% finished with the entire book within 15 minutes. Fortunately Amazon provides an easy refund mechanism, so I'm very happy with Amazon but disappointed in this item. Unless you're new to the gym, save your money!

So I bought this book a few days ago its ok, I've just recently started going to the gym and this does give you a few pointers in the right techniques for weight lifting effectively and doing exercises correctly which is a plus but I don't really think this is information that you could have found with a google search, however it is very convenient and I can take i anywhere i take my Kindle

One does not need to be a fitness guru in order to understand the information provided by the author of this book. What I like about this is that it is designed for both beginners and experts. I have been reading a lot of weight lifting and health fitness books and it's awesome to realize that even though I thought I know everything there is to know about staying fit, I still learn a lot from this book. I have been impressed by the content that I started reading different books by Jeremy. Another good read that I can recommend is Protein, How Much? (Learn The Truth About Protein to Lose Weight Faster, Get Leaner, And Boost Your Health Today!)

I'm just a regular guy with a great deal of passion in health & fitness. I used to be overweight at 180lbs, now down to 145lbs finally reaching my fat loss goal.

One of the biggest problem when I'm trying to lose weight is my snacking habit. I tried to cut off snacking entirely but it just isn't practical. Once I started snacking on healthy but tasty snacks, I started seeing results.

I've also followed countless fad diets and exercise programs in the past, all of which failed to provide me with a practical long-term solution that fits my lifestyle. Now I can still enjoy food I love while staying lean (poutine, extra cheese lasagna anyone?). I just want to help as many of you to reach your fat loss goals too without going through the pain I did.

I think one of the biggest problem nowadays is that the health & fitness industry has actually made it harder for people to lose fat. All the big claims on the latest fad diets and supplements had been the culprit.

I'm here to provide simple yet practical solutions for you guys/gals to transform your bodies. It doesn't have to be painful and grueling, what's it good for if you can't have fun during the process?
