This book has a complete guide to exercise if you're confused with how to exercise or overwhelmed with all the baffling possibilites of how to get in shape the right way. I've lost a LOT of weight with this book and following the Weight Watchers original diet plan. If you want an already constructed easy-to-use and fun to do workout program, this is the book for you!
