MY FAVORITE PART OF THE WHOLE BOOK WAS THE 4 WEEK MENU. I AM A WEIGHT WATCHERS MEMBER AND REALLY ENJOY GETTING IDEAS & NEW RECIPES TO FOLLOW! EXERCISES ARE EASY TO FOLLOW.....THERE'S WEIGHT LIFTING EXERCISES, CARDIO, AND FLEXABILITY EXERCISES. THERE'S ALSO NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION AND IDEAS TO HELP YOU STICK WITH THE PLAN. THIS IS A GOOD BOOK TO READ FOR ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN BECOMING MORE FIT!

This book is logically broken down into three parts: 1) why exercise is the key to weight loss, 2) how to exercise, and 3) what our bodies need for nourishment to stay fit. The workout pictures are extremely helpful as is the 4-week menu plan implementing Weight Watcher's 1-2-3 Success Point Values plan. This book has become a true companion and guide for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is truly interested in losing weight sensibly and keeping it off.

To lose weight successfully, experts often suggest a combination of a good food plan, exercise and motivational techniques and suggestions. This book is an excellent basic guidebook for those new to exercise. While there are more detailed books out there, this one provides clear directions and pictures to help anyone get fitter and healthier. Combine this with a balanced eating program and you'll lose weight more quickly. Just remember- no book will keep the fork from your mouth or put your feet in those walking or running shoes. But if you're truly motivated, this will give you the guidance you need to accomplish your goals.
