Hi, I never really considered weight watchers before, but this book definitely has made me think twice. The plan really seems like something that could work for anyone. I especially enjoyed the intro and explanation of how fat comes on our body, and also how we in turn remove it. Great book!

I've studied Weight Watchers and know the facts--it works. Period. Davis makes this fact come to life by realistically preparing you while also motivating you--which is hard to do, I would think. But Davis writes inspiringly while also teaching you about diets (and your relationship with them). She explains how the point system works and what it actually does. This book ends with quick, satisfying recipes for every meal! Make Weight Watchers your last diet!

I have been working out for some months now and I truly believe that the approach this book suggest is the healthier and ultimately best there is. When it comes to Weight Watchers books, this is probably one of the best so far. It's chock full of multicultural recipes that will satisfy various taste buds. This is one of the books I recommend to people who want to loose weight or just maintain the weight they have. I did not choose this book solely for the WeightWatchers name but I was looking for new healthier options and I think that this book will offer what I am looking for.

I love this book! It does what many weight loss books doesn't, stress that weight loss is a lifestyle. I love the Points System which makes it easier to monitor the calorie intake rather than counting calories which can be quite tedious. The recipes are delicious, I'm excited to try them!
