ww cookbook meals in minutes
Easy recipes, wish more weren't done in the microwave though. The nice thing about this cookbook is that ingredients are simple, most likely you have them in your pantry. This other ww cookbook i have is too in depth, ingredients i can't find in store, elaborate preparation, etc. the nice thing about this is that I can find out points plus values for recipes because...

Good food, easy to make
Like with most diet books some of the recipes are hit or miss. This one has some good ones and some bad ones. They're easy to follow and I can find all of the ingredients in my local supermarket. I wish it had pictures to go with some of the recipes though.
