For a cookbook based on a diet plan, this is amazing. The recipes have been 99% DELICIOUS, like other people not following the WW diet plan ask me for the recipes regularly. There is this incredible buttermilk banana bread; a refreshing fava bean, fennel and tomato salad; a pizza recipe with arugula and a fried egg that I'm trying soon, a french apple tart with rosemary that blew me away....the recipes compete with meals I order in fancy California bistro type places, and each one tells me how many points a serving has, how to improve it's "power food" status, etc.
Not only delicious, the recipes are really simple. Each one is about half a page long, with only a few steps. The pictures are enticing and true to the recipes. I was moved to write a review, I like it that much!

I have only come upon one miss in the book so far, which were some terrible buckwheat pancakes. I have a suspicion I did something wrong though, based on how far off track they were. But followed by the powerfully successful almond biscotti recipe and the flank steak with roasted corn salad I promptly forgave the authors their one failed recipe.

If you're following WW pointsplus program, this is really a must have. You can actually serve guests and they never have to know it's part of a diet.

I am a lifetime member and a former lecturer.
Took a hiatus from the program for 20 years, now back on and down more than 20 pounds.
The recipes in this book are very good.
My favorites are the:

Tomato Basis Soup (I cut up a grilled cheese sandwich in it - There is no better comfort food.)
Shrimp soup with no fat half and half celery and red onion - just delicious
Duck with blackberry sauce - If you can find duck breasts - go for it.
Hoisin Chicken - terrific. Served it to non-weight watchers as well and they loved it.

I absolutely love this cookbook. I have used a lot of Weight Watchers cookbooks and think this is by far the best one! There is a great variety of recipes. I've been on Weight Watchers for over a year. I've lost 20 pounds and have kept it off for over 6 months. Making a variety of foods is what keeps me going. So it helps to have great cookbooks. I highly recommend this product!

Eating a large variety of healthy foods is important for keeping your muscles and body in an optimal state of health. Low-carb diets, fat-free diets, low-calorie diets... this is not where you will find optimal health or lasting fat-loss success. I have always liked the approach that Weight Watchers takes when it comes to putting together a dietary plan, and this book is no exception. Great recipies for anyone who is trying to properly lose fat weight and stay healthy. Combine this type of diet with the right plan for exercise/physical activity and you will be on your way to weight-management success! Take it from an Exercise Physiologist and fat-loss specialist, the key to keeping off the excess weight is to feed your body all of the things that make it function at its best. This book follows that premise and stays away from the low-carb dietary trickery out there that relies upon rapid loss of glycogen and water from muscles to entice followers to buy into the diet plan. Thumbs-up to this book!

For a busy guy like me who is in-the-process of losing weight, but needs help, this has been a great cook book. The points system is easier than I thought, and the food is delicious. Real food is used, not cardboard like tasteless recipes, but yummy good stuff. Get the book, use it, and enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE this cookbook and so does my family! The food is healthy and delicious. I have yet to find a recipe in this book that I dislike. This was my first experience with the Weight Watchers brand altogether since I don't have weight control issues (I just like to eat well and the recipes looked really good). Now, I plan to purchase more of their cookbooks. I REALLY recommend this book!
