Great recipes with a lot of variety. Good pictures for those who need to "eat with their eyes". Unfortunately this was published before the point system was instituted so points are not included in the nutritional info. That is the biggest drawback to an otherwise timeless, well written book.

great book-great buy & great delivery.....now if I can just follow the "yellow brick road" of prep & eating guidelines maybe I will be successful as the meal guidelines are great...book looks like just came off the bookstore shelf
