Weight Watcher's SIMPLY LIGHT COOKING is designed to reduce to fat and calories content from standard recipes, but still retain the flavor we've enjoyed for so long.I've tried some of the recipes and found them adequate. My only real problem with the book is the lack of illustrations. I'd rather see smaller pictures and more of them than large full page spreads. Good book to have around in today's light eating world.
