Received this book and have been devouring the contents. The recipes are rated as to whether they are easy, intermediate, difficult and the ingredients are easy to find. So far we have really enjoyed what we've made - with the exception of one recipe which no one in my family liked the taste or texture of (spinach & cheese dumplings). Am enjoying trying new foods with very little fat but lots of flavor! Love it!!!

I love this book. When I attend WW and brought this book it was a few yrs ago...maybe five. The pictures were wonderful, it was easy to use and it inspred many ideas. Im no longer active in WW but I still have & use this book.
