You gotta get one of these if you are doing more than a simple fix-it. Any serious project will go so much faster with these. I have a 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch size of these and they save so much time. Just wear gloves when you using it to protect your hands from any sharp edges if a pipe or fitting slips in your hand, and please don't try to use one on the inside of the PIPE - outside of the pipe or inside of fittings only - or you'll break the thing. I didn't have the female end extended far enough once and tweaked it - but then again I probably had my drill torqued up too.
