Everyone should have a Weird "whatever state you are from" book. It makes road trips so much fun. Okay some of the stuff is lame but there is a lot of cool stuff listed and you get to check out little corners of your state. Great gift idea!!

I was born, raised, and still live in Georgia. I have visited some of these places, and I actually live in Rabbittown. I borrowed the book from the local library, and after reading it, wanted a copy for myself. Sure, some of the stories are exaggerated, but this book is still highly entertaining.

I think these books are the coolest series of non-fiction out there. I bought Weird Kentucky from a local bookstore here and started reading it. Being originally from Georgia, I knew I had to have the Georgia version of the book. For anyone who's into Paranormal and just weird information for their local area, or anywhere in the country, I recommend these books. I can't wait to collect the entire series, myself.

I first flipped through this book over at a friend's house and knew I had to get a copy. It's a great read, and it's a great book to place out for others to read. I bought one for a Christmas gift and bought two Weird Florida(s) for gifts for friends in Florida. Each story is only 1,2,or 3 pages, so it's easy to read a few stories and pick it up again later.

I have lived in Georgia all of my life and had heard some of these tales. It is fun to read and stimulates good conversation! I had to order a second copy for my home since I had given the first one to a relative!

I have several of these books of the different states I have lived in over the past years and it makes an excellent gift. I use it as a table book in our game room and when people visit the book is always perused. We have used the book for ideas for short weekend trips around the state or to have a pit stop to a final destination. I highly recommend it.

Moved to GA for about 6 years and loved exploring these weird and crazy spots. If I didn't have this book as a resource, I wouldn't have been able to find most of them. Love anything that isn't mainstream.
