This is an excellent book! There is so much described here which I can immediately relate to. I had eliminated caffeine from my diet a few weeks prior to a internet search revealing this book. It confirms many issues which my doctor left unanswered. I had previously asked him if there was such a thing as caffeine allergy, and he replied,"No". I still knew there was something about caffeine. Why did soft drink manufacturers substitute cocaine with caffeine? Why do they put it there in the first place? Because it is an addictive drug which keeps you coming back for more, much like cigarettes and other "hard drugs". What makes a drug "hard" anyway? Is it because it is way too obvious to slip past most people? Just a few things do think about while you wait for your copy to arrive!

This book is so so good. I am allergic to caffeine and this book is so informative. It's also so great to know that other people have been though what I have. Most people have no idea what it is like to have a caffeine allergy...for awhile I really thought I might be going crazy. I've been caffeine free for almost two years and can't believe how different mentally and physically I am. If you think you might have an allergy or just want to learn a little more about mental disorders (and the potential cause behind them) this is the book for you!
