P-star album is a great cd for all ages. Its very positive and I recommend that parents should by this cd for their children, if they like listening to rap music. My favorite songs are , "What's your name" because it combines English and Spanish all in one, I love "Daddy's little girl" because its about how her father had her back from day one in getting her into the business and she also raps about him being their for her.(All father's should have their daughters back) I love, "What a difference", in which pstar talks about how she wants to make a difference in the world. And "Welcome to my show", is a great introduction song for the whole entire album.Most importantly the cd comes with a dvd, which was very inspiring to watch. It has her music videos and a personal interview, you get to see her in the studio and how she writes her music, and if you have a dream it will inspire you to one day go after those dreams.

This is a PREview, not a REview. I just saw the PBS Independent Lens documentary about P-Star, and I'm ordering her album. How refreshing she is, and finally here is a rap artist I can recommend to my grandkids. She's quite talented and mature beyond her years. I was also impressed by the sacrifices her dad made to promote her and her dream to do this. May her career soar!

Hey guys the only reason i purchased this CD is because i saw a show about this girl and the life she lives and i felt bad for her so i bought her CD for support but if you have to ask me if i like the music i would say know but my little brother loves it but that's the crowd she was shooting for so i can't say anything bad about it!

Why couldn't this documentary be on NBC or HBO. She needs to "blow up" Her dad seems to love his children and I was so touched. Why don't we hear about these men and loving family relationships. He has his own issues and lack of knowledge (not a critcism, but a truth), but it is nothing that a successful "life coach" could not help him with. Please support them. It is a touching story that I think deserves more attention. I am going to buy this song and play it for my girls because they too are daddy's little girls. Why wasn't this on Tyler Perry's movie?
