This is a very well written, very thoughtful book for new sales managers. I've been in sales and sales management for more than 15 years, and I've read a lot of books on the subject. This is one of the best I've read. I would highly recommend the book for new sales managers, and frankly, for sales managers who would like to get a fresh look at how they are doing their job on a day to day basis. Good stuff!
