This is a fantastic CD by a fantastic songwriter/singer. It is so rare these days to come encounter with honesty, originality, passion and talent all in one punch! Melissa Gibson has done it, again. Her sound fills any room with a welcome friend, a voice that you'll be sure to hear more of. My vote is that Melissa Gibson is welcome to stay... I have a feeling she's not going anywhere but up.

Caught Melissa tonight on Cued-Up with Tony Pretzello on KRLA radio here in L.A.(show archive is available online at http://www.suite108.com/Frameset/pages/shows/cuedup.htm.) Love this album - Caught her live show in New York and even better in real life (if at all possible). The newest upcoming talent I have seen in a while.... A keeper....

Melissa Gibson hits all the right notes with her newest CD. I highly suggest it for anyone looking for music that after one listen leaves you feeling like you can't wait to play it again and again. Do yourself a favor, buy this CD - You will not regret it!!

Melissa Gibson pulls off a rarity...a cd full of intelligent, melodic tunes that are at the same time, personal and oh so universal...("I've been so low...I've been not at my best...and I've got Miles To Go...Before I rest") ....her rich voice easily transitions between the upbeat folk-pop of the above mentioned "Miles to Go" to the cd closer lullaby "Sleep Well Tonight" and everywhere inbetween. This one works on every level !

I can't stop playing this CD...it's addictive. Melissa Gibson has a beautiful voice and her lyrics are intelligent and heartfelt. I highly recommend this CD.
