good massage oil, but doesn't seems to help much more than a regular one, so maybe, just get a regular oil and massage you baby's belly with it, that would save you some money...

This product was given to me by a friend who is from Germany. Our son at 2 months old had colic and this seemed to settle his tummy. I would give him a warm bath before bed and then rub this on his tummy and it seemed to settle him. I have given to all my friends and they use it. My son is now 7 months old and I still use it on his belly and he loves it. These products are the best I have found.
