This tea is a huge help to me. I work full-time with a pretty long commute, so it took some work for me to keep my milk supply up. This tea works really well for me; in fact, I tried taking fenugreek caplets, which you would think would be more potent, but I found that I got better results by drinking 1-3 cups of this tea every day. With the help of this tea, I was able to maintain a full milk supply as long as needed; even now, my daughter is 13 months old and I am still able to nurse her a couple of times per day. I bought several boxes of this tea at a time, kept some at work too, and it was worth every penny. I also drank it with lemon and honey to fight a cold. It tastes good.

From an avid tea-drinker:

This tea is 100% organic and by scent alone you get a hint at the excellent quality of ingredients. It also tastes great without sweeteners. I purchased to help replenish my milk stores and after 2 cups I could notice a difference (2 cups over like 6 hours). I was almost not producing at all, getting pumping 2oz total. After drinking, I was able to pump almost twice that amount.

I don't know how the tea works with prolonged use, but the early results leave me hopeful.

This is my second child and with both babies I have had trouble pumping enough at work to send to daycare and need to supplmement with formula. I just started this tea yesterday with 2 cups and today 1 cup so far. For about a month I have been consistently pumping a little less than 8 ounces over 2 pumping sessions at work, but today I pumped a little over 10 ounces, pumping the same amount of time! Just those two extra ounces is huge for me. As others mentioned I am also a regular tea drinker so its not the extra fluid intake. I like the taste, but it has anise in it which some might not like. Hope this tea keeps my supply up!
