Ihave had nothing but trouble with this on my XPS8500. It keeps stopping and giving me a box with"windows has encountered a problem and is looking for a solution but nothing happens. I have been on the phone with Dell techs and have totally reprogramed entire system 3 times. Dell even sent a guy almost 200 miles and changed my hard drive. Have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe 11 several times to no avail. Seems to freeze up every time I get a Microsoft update. Can anyone help??? Thanks.KG
