When using this product use only as directed; do not get into eyes or on mucous membranes; do not apply to wounds or to damaged or very sensitive skin; do not bandage tightly or cover with any type of wrap except clothing; do not use with a heating pad or apply external heat; do not use in combination with other external analgesic products. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens; excessive redness, irritation, burning, or discomfort of the skin develops; pain persists for more than 7 days; symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints due to simple backache; arthritis; strains; sprains.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Menthol, Natural (5%). Inactive Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Dried Aluminum Hydroxide Gel, Edetate Disodium, Glycerin, Isopropyl Myristate, Partially Neutralized Polyacrylates, Polyacrylic Acid, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water, Sodium Polyacrylate Starch, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Talc, Tartaric Acid, Titanium Dioxide.
Directions
Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Apply to affected area; change pad 1 to 2 times daily. Children Under 12 Years: Ask a doctor. For best results apply to clean, dry skin. Cut open pouch and remove pad; if desired, cut pad to size. Partially peel back protective film by holding pad between fingers and gently pushing with thumb in a down and outward motion. Do not remove entire film backing. Apply exposed pad to site of pain. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing pad to skin. For Backache: 1. Peel back protective film exposing 1/3 of pad. Do not remove entire backing. 2. Apply exposed portion of pad to the site of pain. 3. Peel off remaining protective film while gently applying pad. For Shoulder, Knee, Neck, and Ankle: If necessary, cut a slit into the pad before removing the protective film. This will help the pad to conform to body contours. Store unused pads in the pouch. Reseal pouch after opening.

These Well Patches use menthol and are great at relieving pain and muscle fatigue. I use them on my back and they help me sleep when I have back pain. They are very good at staying on for nearly 24 hours. Yet they are not difficult or painful to remove when you want to.Most of the time, I take a large patch and cut it in half so I'm getting two uses out of one patch. I like the fact that these are large and you can cut them to the size you want to use. I highly recommend this product.

These patches work great and are a good value. You can get some that are larger and last longer but they cost a lot more too.

These are absolutely great. If you suffer from serious back pain it's a must have. It might not get rid of all the pain, but it makes life far more livable. It's not something I'm willing to go without. I would highly recommend it for any kind of serious pain. It seems to interfere with the pain signal to the brain, so you can continue to do things you would not otherwise be able to do. I know a lot people who use these patches and swear by them, ME too!
