About the Author
Constance Wall Holt (B.S., Ohio State; M.S., Syracuse; M.L.S., State University College of NY, Geneseo), whose ancestry is Welsh and Irish, has been a reference librarian for fifteen years in college and university libraries, including Wayne State, the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse and Oshkosh, and the College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN. The 1991 president of the Minnesota division of ACRL, she led seminars on Welsh women's history at the 1992 Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu Association Conference and is a member of ALA, ACRL, the Minnesota Library Association, the Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu Association, and St. David's Society of Minnesota. Her writings have appeared in professional library publications and in the Welsh-American newspapers
