5.0 out of 5 stars Handsome & Affordable
I love the Wenger #72756 but I should note that I bought it for half-price. Had it been full price I would've passed it over, but with the sale it easily became the best looking watch in the $200 price range. And while Swiss, Wenger is not necessarily known for making precision time pieces so if you're looking a "legendary" name in watches, this one may not be recognized...

3.0 out of 5 stars Great Styling - Works need Improvement
I've had this watch for several years and enjoy the styling and sturdiness (no scratches to date). The watch does burn through batteries annually and has needed the control buttons fixed twice resulting in my 3 star rating.

I love the Wenger #72756 but I should note that I bought it for half-price. Had it been full price I would've passed it over, but with the sale it easily became the best looking watch in the $200 price range. And while Swiss, Wenger is not necessarily known for making precision time pieces so if you're looking a "legendary" name in watches, this one may not be recognized.

This watch has everything I was looking for in a man's watch, plus some nice extras:
* Rugged, stainless steel design that looks equally good in the boardroom or with casual outfits.
* A very comfortable band.
* Large--but not gaudy--dials including date and day of the week.
* A secondary hour hand for a different time zone.

The only major feature I miss is a lighted dial. Instead, this watch has glow-in-the-dark hands on all dials, as well as dots for each of the hours. I guess I'll just have to carry a Swiss Army flashlight from now on?

The watch came in a nice metal box that was embossed with the Swiss cross on top of it. The instructions were detailed but simple, and they made setting the time and dates a breeze.

I would be extremely happy to receive this watch as a gift. As far as value goes, if it's in the $200 range then you are getting quite a deal because it looks & feels like a much more expensive watch.
