First of all, both the Amazon description here and the tag that came on the bag itself claimed it had an internal mp3 player pocket and headphone cable pass-though port. I've had this feature on other bags and jackets, I believe I know what I'm looking for, and I believe I've checked every part of the bag possible, but I am 100% certain there is nothing like that on this bag.
Second, Amazon's description says it "accommodates most 17" laptops", but the tag on the bag itself says "most 15" laptops". I can say it accommodates a 15" Macbook Pro comfortably enough, but not so comfortably that I'd want to try a 17" laptop in there. (Though this need not be used with a 15" model, I'm actually quite happy with how my 13" fits as well.)
Finally, I'm struggling to understand what a couple of the straps on it are for and how they should/could be used. I tried looking for a product support page on the bag, since it didn't come with anything instructive, but I can't even find a hint of the existence of this particular bag on the manufacturer's own site, and all other google results seem to point back here to Amazon. So, I guess you'd better hope you don't need Wenger/Swissgear support on this?
But like I said, overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
Overall this pack has great durability, the perfect amount of space without being too bulky, and some well thought out compartments.

Looks great. has my name on it. Has all the expected storage compartments. Padding is perfect. Bag is not too big but can expand to carry a reasonable amount of crap. Read morePublished 2 days ago by Christopher E. Wenger
