Great Value
Plusses + spacious + easily assembled + good to look at. + great packaging Minusses - zippers are sticky - the seams look like they will need seam sealants. although mine didn't leak. I would have liked the base to be of stronger material. I recommend that this is used with an appropriate footprint.

Smaller than Advertised
The tent felt much smaller & tighter than it's stated dimensions. When assembled, the shape looked a bit odd & assymetrical. Also, it doesn't have that heavy duty, waterproof plastic bottom. Overall, not too impressed with the product.

Great little tent!,

This was purchased as a gift for a not-so-experienced camper. It has a great large rainfly. It is also fairly easy to set up, but a little more complicated than some tents I've assembled. We applied seam sealer and waterproofing to it, and it does it's job keeping the occupants cozy at night. The large doors and windows are a bonus.

Exactly what I needed to spend 2 days on Cape Cod - even adding camground fees was cheaper than 1 night in the hotel. And had everything I needed (even small organizer under the roof).
