It's topped by a polished, raised bezel that frames the white dial face, which includes a full Arabic numeral display in a black, Helvetica-like font, small minute indexes, luminous hands (with seconds hand), and a magnified date window at 3 o'clock. It's matched to a smoothly pebbled brown leather strap with tonal stitching. Other features include the classic Swiss Army insignia at 12 o'clock, Swiss quartz movement, a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and water-resistance to 100 meters (330 feet)--suitable for a variety of snow and water sports.

I've owned many watches over the years. Some fancy; some more expensive; some cheaper. I've come to appreciate a simple, clean, "field" watch design. This watch has that; and at half of normal retail this is a superb value. Without placing this watch in your hands, I cannot express the quality of the watch adequately. The workmanship of the case and crystal are extraordinary for a watch of this price (and i mean it's normal retail price); but you can get it for half price here. and the service/shipping from swiss outpost was quick and efficient as well....

I been wearing this watch every day for at least 12 years now. Other than replacing the battery and the watch band, it has been (and continues to be) the epitome of accuracy.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin. My budget was $100 and I knew that my cousin would appreciate a nice watch for a gift. The watch reatil price was around 200 and I paid ~$80. When I recieved this watch the packaging was nince and it looked exactly like how it is posted on the site. Overall both me and my cousing were beyond by the look and quality of the watch.
