It's a very good deal, excellent delivery, service from Amazon. The tent is huge and can accomodate six people easily. No problems with the setup. It just takes time to practice and will become master. I searched around and found Amazon had offered the best value for the money I invest.

How good is this?
- HUGE tent. I don't know exact dimensions. But, you can stand up easily in it...and I am 5'9"
- I set this up relatively quickly. Can do it with one person...though easier with two.
- Quality. It's good. Held up under some rain. Really ideal for good family camping.
- Color. The rain fly is more purple than it appears in the photo--which gives you the impression that it's more red. Regardless..
- For the size, i haven't seen anything this affordable.

I also bet folks will like this in their backyard, as well.

Just finished fishing trip at lake mead, NV. Tent was easy, quick to set up, and withstood 60mph wind gusts!

Love the headroom in this one. First time out we had a very windy night. Storm tried to move the tent in every direction. The edges folded over a bit and the sides bent over in the high wind, but it held it's ground. Would like a small access hole for running a extension cord inside, but that's a minor nit pick. Nice value.

We camped in the desert last weekend in this tent. It went up easily with two people. I like the height, it is tall enough to stand up in and the door is large enough that you don't feel like a pretzel going in and out. Plenty of ventilation with three windows and the door. The rainfly went up easily and we needed it since it sprinkled during the night, kept us dry, although it did not rain much. Not a good idea to use the rainfly when it is windy. We put it up initially when it was windy and it almost knocked the tent down. We took it off and then had to get up in the middle of the night to put it on when the rain started.

I'm surprised that this model isn't in more Sporting Goods Stores. I see smaller Wenzel tents there, at higher prices, but not this one. It is big and noisy in high wind but is very comfortable. We had 30+ mph winds on our camp-out and slept very comfortably. We had to stake down the upwind corners first, then the rest, before attaching the poles and raising it up.

The zippers are high quality and closed out the wind perfectly when we shut them. I felt no drafts! The entry door is off the ground and we set it up with a tarp under the tent, so we had room to wipe our feet before entering. When we took it down 3 days later, we had very little dirt to sweep out.

Only 1 negative: The stakes that come with it are just the cheap little bright metal ones. You can push them into the ground with your hands. We spent the $5 at Sports Authority for a package of good orange "t" shaped stakes that held the tent well in the wind. We had to pound the extra stakes in with our Hatchet/Hammer. When we pulled out the heavier stakes, one of the metal corner rings got bent out of shape. These rings are only designed to deal with the cheap stakes that come with the tent, so be careful.

We had no rain on this trip, but the rain-fly looks great and should do a fine job. The windows were tight in the high wind, so I'm sure they handle rain too. Other reviews here say it is a good tight tent in the rain.

The hanging shelf is great for drying towels and putting dirty clothes up out of the way. We even hung a light from it.

I bought this based only on the size and price. I used it for a week in Daytona (bike week). It never rained, so I cannot comment on waterproof ability. However, this was even bigger then I thought. I'm 6'2" and easily stood up in the tent, to change clothes or whatever. I shared the tent with 1 other, we had 2 queen mattresses and a small chair, and we had plenty of space to spare.

It was very easy to put up and take down. Though because it's so large, you will need 2 people.

Great value on amazon for a big tent with plenty of room and the ability to stand up in. I made the mistake once of bringing this to a camp area with a lot of wind and it was possibly the worst night of sleep ever, but I can't really fault the tent too much given the price and size. Again, not a great tent in quality, but a fantastic value that I don't regret purchasing.

This is a super tent, has plenty of room for 2 cots, a weeks worth of supplies and 3 kids sleeping on the floor. It stood up well to a thunderstorm and heavy rain. Did not leak at all, and dried out fast the next day. Very good family sized tent

This is a nice sized tent and it is very easy to assemble. The windows open very wide and the flaps roll out of the way. Held up to some rain with no issues.
