great gazebo,

Set up is not hard at all, but make sure that you set it up where you want it. Once it is up there is NO moving it. We tried and ended up busting two of the "t" connectors, which brings me to the negative side of this product. The customer service at Wenzel was truly lacking when I called to tell them what happened and that I needed to replace the "t" that broke. Although they did replace the broken parts at no charge it was like pulling teeth to get them to do it. Very poor customer service.
