Ok let me start by saying I'm researching survival stuff (best bang for the buck). The one thing I wanted to let people know is you may get cold at zero degrees or 15 degrees but you will be alive the next day, that is something that people get confused on with sleeping bags. Now, after I got this bag out I climbed inside remembering the previous reviews on ripping fabric I carefully zipped it up and could reall feel the bag heating up. Everything was going fine with a little care until I tried to close the top red part around my head with the pull tie.....it ripped, fabric tore, stitching popped, and I was instantly disappointed because of how a few little odd ends can ruin a great product. The bags tearing in certain areas kills the deal for me, I'll try and repair it but don't have alot of faith it will hold together for future use. Find a better bag to buy guys

I got the bag was was suprised, initially, at the size of it. I do like the fact that it is roomier than most bags of its kind, but it just doesnt compress as much as my older down bag. I did however like that fact that it actually keeps you warm. I live in a cold climate, and recently went camping with it, never would have known it was 35 degrees outside with this thing on.
All and all, a great buy for the money.

This is a warm nice bag but our one was made with not enough fabric left over in the stitching. As a result, the inside of the bag (the lining) has a huge rip in it form one night's use. The manufacturers have cut corners to save fabric and and did not leave enough overhang. I am very dissapointed especially as this was a gift.

I just got back from four nights in Yosemite where the highs were 70-80 during the day and at night the temps ranged from 40 (three nights) and 22 (with the windchill) one night. The three nights that the temp was 40 for the low, I was able to sleep in my jeans and t-shirt. On the one night where it dipped down to 22 with the windchill, I had to wear socks and a sweater along with the t-shirt and jeans to stay warm. It did the job, but I don't think it should be rated as a zero degree bag (based on my own experience). If given the opportunity to purchase this again, I would for a couple of reasons. Reason one is the price. Reason two is that I don't plan on camping anywhere where it gets below 40 degrees, so this will be great for me.

You can't beat it for the money. A little roomier than other mummy bags I have tried, which is nice. I personally rate it to 20 degrees F, not 0 degrees. I don't know what criteria are used to rate a sleeping bag, but I've been sleeping in it every day for the last month. My experience has been that it is snug and warm on nights that are warmer than about 25 degrees F. This bag is a great value for $35!

After waking up one morning to an unexpected 33 degree temperature, and after a rotten nights sleep due to the cold, we decided, never again will we camp without adequately warm sleeping bags. These are amazing for the price. We zipped 2 together easily for my husband and myself and we bought 2 others for our boys... and we feel like they will serve us well when we need them. They are comfortable, and roomy and have features of much more expensive bags. I am very pleased with our purchase and we may buy more to keep in the car in the event of an emergency.

This bag is great for the price. The quality is very good and it is a very warm bag. Easily could have spent more money on a better name brand bag but this bag is great for backpacking and hiking. Only downside is the stuffbag that comes with it is very hard to get around it. If you are backpacking you must buy a compression sack to get the size down...otherwise a great bag.

What a bargain for a zero degree mummy sleeping bag. We used them at Boy Scout Winter Camp and stayed warm and comfortable.

I bought this sleeping bag for my son due to the fact it is lighter to carry for his BoyScout trips into the field. His first time out using it, was a success, the night was about 29 degrees out and he said to me later" Dad, thanks, it was so warm, I did not have to wear thermals, better than my old bag." Keep up the work Wenzel!

I thought it'd be less big... I read some reviews about it before buying it, and they said was big, but didn't mention that the bag fills your back pack up.
