Zydeco Force was originally formed by Robbie Robinson in 1988. After touring the Zydeco circuit, the group reached a level of success that includes five cds, commercials, (radio and television), a movie score, a number of documentaries, an interview and performance on Good Morning America. They were the innovators of change in Zydeco music that was and still is accpted by both young and old people alike.

THIS CD IS COOL AS FAR AS SOME SONGS GO, BUT THE MAJORITY DOESN'T SOUND UP TO PAR. ZYDECO FORCE SOUNDS REAL GOOD, DOUBLE CLUTCHIN' GOOD, WHEN THEY ARE LIVE, BUT THIS CD DOESN'T MATCH THEIR HIGHEST QUALITY. MY FAVORITE SONGS ARE "LOVE TO ZYDECO" AND "DRAGGIN ME." THEY KEEP IT JUMPIN. THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE IT THREE STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF TAPING AND THE MATERIAL OF SOME OF THE SONGS.

I bought the new zydeco force cd, about two weeks ago.. Unfortunately I didnt get to hear until yesterday. I was so amazed, at how wonderful this group really is. They practically started the whole zydeco scene.. The songs are very danceable, and fun.. My favorite songs are the humorous Love to zydeco, the upbeat Madeline.. Country days is a wonderful sounding waltz. .This cd is a must.....
