5.0 out of 5 stars A great read for parents concerned with raising healthy kids, December 11, 2004
As soon as I picked up "We're Killing Our Kids", I dove into it. Based on extensive research, it describes the basis and benefits of a healthy nutritional and physical lifestyle. The comprehensive information will benefit adults and children alike. The book provides a realistic approach and creative ideas effective in the daily battle we all face with the couch and the foods we consume. I felt encouraged that it's not too late to get started for the health and happiness of my entire family!

5.0 out of 5 stars Required reading in the fight against obesity, January 15, 2005
I will be recommending this book to all the parents of children at risk for obesity in my practice. I found the data presented compelling and accurate and the style of writing perfect for the lay reader. Hollander has done a great job tackling this modern epidemic and presents a practical stepwise approach to change.
