The classic caramels made with real butter and fresh cream. The old world recipe. It happened a long time ago in the little village of Werther. There, the candy maker Gustav Nebel created his finest candy. He took real butter, fresh cream, white and brown sugar, a pinch of salt and lots of time. Because these candies tasted so delicious he called them Werther's Original in honor of his little village. Now, that same care and wonderful taste can also be experienced in these creamy and chewy caramels. That's why they, too, carry with pride the same great name: Werther's Original. Made in Germany.

We really love these! Amazing caramel flavor. Who knew Werther's made anything but the hard candies? I didn't until now and these will be our new go to! They taste superior to other brands on the market! I got them free as part of being a Bzz Agent and have to say until now I had no idea how wonderful these were!

The 1st step is to admit that I am powerless over my addiction to Werthers Original Chewy. So far, that's as far as I have gotten in breaking myself of this addiction. If there had only been a warning label on the 1st piece I ate. Excuse me; it's been over 5 min. since my last piece. I'll be rite back.
