I bought one of these in Jan. 2008 and it has been in use everyday 24/7 except holidays. Where I work we have coffee on around the clock 24 hours a day seven days a week and the coffee urns that were purchased from the big box stores lasted two to three months. I highly recommend this product and just purchased another one to keep in reserve for when the first finally dies.

After several years of trying various coffee urns at my church, I decided to purchase the West Bend commercial units. I should have done that years ago! Just like back in my Navy days, West Bend coffee urns are built to last. So far, the church is very pleased with the new coffee urns and the coffee they brew.
