5.0 out of 5 stars Brilhante seleção !!!
Excelente set mix do dj Vincent Kwok. Muita coerência e bom gosto. Retrata bem a cena Deep de São Francisco, onde está estabelecida a gravadora Transport. Destaque para Case - "Subliminal", DJ Rasoul - "89 Memory" e o super deep Kaskade - "Safe". Altamente recomendado.

3.0 out of 5 stars West coast breezin'
For those who would like to know what "west coast house" is, this rarity might lead you to the path. Obviously defining a style is shortcoming of wishing to put words to sounds. However, challenges are always fun...let's try. In all, if you enjoy rhythms that still leave space for pleasurable feeling, then try this CD which delves in many styles still maintaining the cap...

For those who would like to know what "west coast house" is, this rarity might lead you to the path. Obviously defining a style is shortcoming of wishing to put words to sounds. However, challenges are always fun...let's try. In all, if you enjoy rhythms that still leave space for pleasurable feeling, then try this CD which delves in many styles still maintaining the cap. The steady intro bass will not leave you until the end. It reminisces of disco era funkiness and has a wave like agreable background with a groovy keyboard. From then on, the jolts increase as we go with soft but convincing, male voices ("Safe"-a highlight- "You are mine"-a Japanese sung clubby tune-), funky loop and vocals ("I want you" "You can get it", "Let it ride", "Taste of forbidden fruit" all very housy), and latin type rhythms ("Dyno-Mite"). Not stopping short it also includes street hip hop breaks ("Understand this") and deeper house "Oma", diva house ("Rumors" gotta love the velvety looping keyboards and attitude in the back female vocals). "Drums de Voodoo" are just that, drumming away in a more tech-house inspired track. Bam...there goes a deep deep house with a very very funky bass again...just superbe. The last drop just makes you wish the trip didn't end as is has this melancholic panio in it and fades away like waves in the pacific sunset....West coast house is here to stay...
