This is a total body toning workout. It is amazing. Very simple and easy to follow, but very challenging. Amazing results, especially inner and outer thighs. I got my Magic Circle from westcoastpilates.net and it was very reasonable and of superior quality. This video is a good companion to Pilates Mat-Workout. Highly recommend.

If you are hooked on Pilates and want a great workout, you must get the West Coast Pilates Magic Circle video. It features so many great exercises which offers a lot of variety, challenge and progression in your program. The cues are clear and help to insure that you are doing the exercises correctly. The Magic Circle is an especially great travel gym and since so many hotels have VCRs you can travel with your Magic Circle and this great video and never miss your Pilates workout. It's the best Magic Circle video I have seen.
