A great combination of recipes. I haven't found a source of fresh conch here in Sarasota, but when I do, look out! I plan to try these all, especially Captain Tony's Conch Fritters.

this book had less inside than I expected. I'll admit I didn't pay attention to the number of pages when I bought it so it's my own fault I was disappointed with the size. The recipes are ok. Nothing terribly new.
