This machine is so easy to use, makes a large amount if you want , and is easy to clean.It's a simple machine to do a simple job,doesn't give you a multitude of choices, it makes hot chocolate in different flavors.

This will be my 6th Back To Basics Cocoa Latte machine. Obviously I love the smooth, hot Chai that it makes. The problem is the gears freeze up after about a year of use.
