West Koasta Nostra, November 18, 2003

This is not only the best Boo Yaa album but one of the best albums to come outta the west in a long time. A lot of the rappers outta the west go commercial to get radio play. True legends dont need no radio play to sell records. The Tribe is keepin it real as always and representin who they really are and what they believe in. The whole album is bangin. Ya dont got it ya better go get it. They got the Gawtti clothing line krackin' too. Doin the thang. Keep representin Damus. Fa'a Samoa.

Samoan crazy glue, November 29, 2003
This review is from: West Koasta Nostra (Audio CD)
After watching the included DVD in West Koasta Nostra, I truly believe these big Samoans can put the west back together again. Its not only their intimidating size advantage but their musical skills also. Ive been following Boo ya since theyre "Psycho funk" (1st album) days and this is THE BEST CD to date! Let me tell you, if Boo ya doesnt go mainstream with this CD then the music industry has some big problems because I know alot of musicians (Rap or any other genre) that dont deserve mainstream credibility. If its because they are Samoan, and not many people in this country know what a Samoan is, then that is pure ignorance to not market a group because of their race and not their musical talents. Im telling you, nobody will look at a gangsta the same way after they met a Samoan in person or even better, watch them on the included West Koasta DVD in the comfort of your own home (save your dry pants for a rainy day). My girlfriend doesnt like rap but this CD turned her head and now she admits this CD will cross her over along with others who listen to it because of its funky beats and smooth but rough lyrics. All we need is a bunch of Samoans in the south to start a dirty south group, that would be the Sh*t! Boo ya is the best buy for your buck. Get it now!!

This is a great release from the Boo Yaa TRIBE, October 29, 2003
This review is from: West Koasta Nostra (Audio CD)
Boo Yaa TRIBE, the big, bad-ass Samoan brothers have unleashed a great album, their biggest, most BANGIN' album ever. Godfather, Kobra, Monsta O, Ganxsta Ridd, Murder One, & Gawtti, have attracted the help of G-funk producer extraordinaire, Battlecat (Snoop, Ice Cube), as well as guest artists Mack 10, WC, Kurupt, the slimmest of all shadies, Eminem, B-Real, Crooked I, Knoc-Turn'al, Kokane, Short Khop, Eastwood and Gail Gotti. That's right, all on one record.
