This paper cutter was supposed to replace my ancient one with a dull blade and loose arm. Unfortunately, the old one works so much better than this new one. This new one will not make straight paper cuts; as a matter of fact, the cut is curved for some strange reason. I had purchased this to cut photographic paper, but a pair of scissors would do a much better job. Also, for this price I expected quality. I will be returning it.

It is a great trimmer. It is sharp and cuts well. I haven't cut more than 2 sheets at one time since I have no need to. Does its job for me. The only thing I didn't like is the horizontal guide which falls off some times as it doesn't seem to be made properly. That's minor as I don't use the guide anyways, but thought some of you might use it.

Worth the money. Cuts very well and straight. Not sure about multiple sheets (I only cut 1-3 at a time). Actual wood board (not sure if hardwood or particle, but better than plastic).
