I ordered the product 3rd. party. I called to track the package and Adorama said "Oh that product has been backordered". Well that was news to me. NO ONE let me know of that fact. I needed the background in the next couple of days for a BIG shoot. It is a good thing I checked it out. Terrible, Terrible!!!!! I ended up ordering it from Calumet and everything was fine! Terrible customer service from Adorama and AMAZON ESPECIALLY!!!!!
