Just a little note: the 0cm or 0in mark is actually a bit up from the edge of the ruler. 0cm/0in doesn't start from the very edge.
It seems to be very durable. You can bend it a bit and it won't break. The hole at one of the ends is nice. You can hang it up on a wall or tool wall or put it on display since it looks so pretty. I keep mine in my desk though, so I have yet to exercise this hole feature.
The rounded ends are kind of annoying. If you're trying to measure, say, the height of certain glass cup on your desk, you can't just line the ruler up with the cup. The space at the bottom of the ruler will mess you up (i.e. the ends don't start at 0). You'd have to put the cup on its side and line up the ruler to measure. But what if you have water in the cup? When you turn the cup over the water comes out and gets on everything on your desk and oh no oh no oh no this isn't good. This assignment is due tomorrow and now its ruined. Okay maybe I can just rewrite it... oh no it wasn't water that was in the cup. It was actually MOTOR OIL. I can't see what I wrote on the paper. I never backed up my work either. This is the only copy I had and now I can't read it. My assignment. My career. My life. It's all over.
Curse you, Westcott Non-Shatter Ruler. Curse you and your attractive rounded edges.

The ruler does its job fine however I don't like how the ends are rounded since it makes it difficult to measure certain things and line the ruler up properly. Read morePublished 22 days ago by Squirrelman
