This is the "Westec TM15DOLB" digital timer. It's also sold by Woods and by General Electric, including at hardware stores. Prices vary widely.
It's a dual-outlet and dual-event, but each event applies to both outlets. It's not two timers in one, just one timer with two jacks.
It's also flakey. My unit died twice during setup and required the battery be removed. It doesn't work well manually. It's been working okay automatically for several cycles though.
Bottom line: It's not very good, but there isn't much else out there.
