I consider myself moderately handy, as I can do simply wiring and plumbing as well as other home improvement.
However the instructions are poorly written and very vague when it came to both wiring and programming.
Upon FINALLY getting it to work, as there are 3 wires to connect (BRW) plus a ground, the fun really began.
The face of the switch itself WOULD NOT FIT INTO THE WALL PLATE (you need to provide your own as it is not included).
Seems some genius in China is off by 1mm on the manufacturing and that made it no easy task for it to fit in comfortably. I tried sanding both the switch and the plate, but to no avail. It wouldn't fit from the back going to the front, so I tried it in reverse just to see if it would fit at all. My bad. It snapped in with a bit of elbow grease, but then--you guessed it--it wouldn't come out. I tried several times, and finally the wall plate cracked. After returning from the hardware store with a new 3-slot face plate, the new one had just slightly more clearance and I managed to fit it in with a bit of finesse--but still no easy task. Remember, these things are supposed to just go right over the switch with a bit of room all the way around. Wrong...not this one. Buyer beware.
Overall Review: DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION OF THE INSTALL ON THIS ONE...BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!
