Great CD, but...,

If I had known, I would have purchased this directly from the bands website. It most likely would not have been a used disk with scratches and skips. I used a disk restorer to get it fixed, so why five stars? I'm rating the product itself, not the seller who said their product was new. The CD is great, and not on iTunes.
