my 2 boys are crazy for their boots, however, after wearing them 3-4 times a week for 2 months they started ripping apart all over: up the back, across the front...they are literally in shreds. i will make a better investment next year!

I bought these shoes for my four year old son, and they became an instant favorite. He wore them almost everyday. Unfortunately, after about a month of wear, the "teeth" are wearing away and the seam down the back of the boot has ripped. After the application of a little super glue, he can wear them again, but next time I buy rainboots-which will be soon considering these are coming apart at the seams-I will look for another brand.

These boots wear out very quickly. Within 2-3 days of wearing, they had split up the back and were no longer watertight. Disappointing, because other Western Chief boots have been better.

I bought these for my son last year and he has gotten so much wear out of them! After they arrived in the mail and he opened the box, he didn't want to take them off for a week! He wore them through the summer, fall, winter and spring again until he grew out of them. They are still in great shape and hope to pass them along to another child. Kudos to Western Chief for making fun designs and sturdy boots for kids. We're now getting the race car ones in the next size up (size 9). They are great for rain (even snow-for short trips wearing warm socks), especially after the rain when your little ones want to play in the grass and mud and you know their sneakers will be filthy - put them in these and just hose them off when they're ready to come in! My son could easily put them on himself with the handy loops at the top! I wouldn't put him in these if I knew he was going to be running all day - since sneakers fit the foot better for that, but for trips to the park or even shorter walks and lots of outdoor play, they are great... (just not for doing a lot of running.)

These boots look great and fit really well, but less than 3 months after buying them, the boots are split open on the sides on both boots and are not waterproof! Very disapointing with the quality for the price.

These are made of a very durable plastic that is still flexible enough that it is comfortable. The image does not scratch off even with my child who loves to drag his toes. Great product!

Awesome product that is high quality. My 6 yr old loves these boots. The detail makes them fun as well as functional. He has worn them with shorts as well as his Sunday best!

Really adorable, but I think they are sitting a little too high, kind of close to my son's knees. He loves them and sometimes if not wearing, he is carrying them around. Holding them by the handles as a purse, TOO FUNNY!

These boots appear to be of very good quality although they have not yet been used so I cannot account for their durability.

I bought these for my son who has just turned a year and a half. They are so cute and playful and he loves to wear them. We have even had to let him wear them to the grocery store or out to dinner (on non rainy days) because he insist on wearing them and not his reg shoes. they are made great and i will be buying some for next year too!
