Umbrella poorly made,

***This is for the umbrella only-- I do not have the coat***
I have had 2 of the screws come out of the umbrella frame which has resulted in the fabric not staying in place on those 2 arms of the frame. I contacted the company to see if it was possible to get replacement screws and because I did not buy directly from them their response was basically "bummer". I would have to deal with the retailer for any issues but since I bought is several months back, I'm not sure I could find a receipt for it. As a side note, this umbrella has seen very little use so I definitely don't classify this as an effect of wear n' tear. I cannot recommend a product from a company that cannot stand behind the products they make.

Well I ordered the set along with the Batman raincoat for both my kiddies and I have yet to receive a status on my items. I placed the order more than a week ago and have e-mailed the company, just waiting for a response! *smh*
