These are very cute boots, but narrow and the people I bought them from didnt send me any paperwork to return them with.

I purchased a pair of these boots from a retail outlet. I am very disappointed in the quality of the boots. After 6 weeks of intermittent wear the rubber separated at the seam between upper and sole. My children's boots faired even worse with cracks through the rubber and at the seam. Western Chief "stands behind the quality of the product" but will not replace them. I will not purchase again and would not recommend to friends

These are the best rain boots ever. I had looked everywhere and couldn't find any that I liked that was worth the money and just happened to get these on closeout and have been so pleased I wish I had purchased a second pair for my daughter.
