the boots were a gift for my mother. she has horses and wears them to go feed, water, brush, or just spend time with them. she absolutely loved the boots. i would reccommend them to anyone!

I ordered the Pink with tiny brown horses boots for my granddaughter. She thought they were fantastic. However, they were too small. I have spent 10 days trying to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" via email, phone, and their website but have not been able to do so. I finally received a short e-mail saying they were sorry for the delay but they had a lot of requests to go through. Interesting? I am still trying, but fear my granddaughter will never get her Christmas gift.
