This is an excellent drive that does exactly what it's supposed to do. I suppose that the cable is very short but it's still very usable. Also the reviewer who had complaints about the capacity gauge is just nitpicking. It is very clear how much space you have on your drive and which side is the "top" side. I love it and it's at a great price now.

Most excellent transaction! I buy based upon lowest price from a reputable vendor and this met all the criterion!

An amazing product considering how far the technology has come. No power cord needed, just plug into the PowerBook's Firewire port. Small, quiet with HUGH capacity! WOW

The product is just as I expected it to be! Lightweight, Compact and fast in transferring data. I am pleased. The cable is short which can limit mobility in tight or awkward spaces.
