Though lots of good old country songs are woven in, Silver Spurs is a complex and genre blending story that features crime, romance, action and mystery. Rogers is out to investigate a murdered rancher. He suspects a wealthy hotel owner is conspiring with the deceased's mail order bride! The twists are turns are sharp and captivating, while Rogers is as charming and soulful in his crooning as ever. Silver Spurs is a delightful Western that never disappoints for a moment.
