• SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION - Orders for the Mattress & Box Spring will be shipped from a manufacturing plant within approximately 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order. You will then receive a shipment notification from Amazon that your order has shipped. Please note that this indicates your order is en route to a local delivery agent who will contact you to advise date of delivery to your home.
• Deliveries are made Monday-Friday and maybe an addition 1-2 weeks. Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately.
• We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible. In the event of any unanticipated delays with your delivery, we recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you receive your new bed. Please note it is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.
• RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS OF THIS ITEM - Mattress & Box Spring items are NOT returnable. Cancellations of this item are subject to a 20% cancellation/warehousing/restocking fee.
• The bed carries a ten year warranty for defects in workmanship.
