This is a pretty basic piece that works just fine. Note that it does NOT include a nut to attach either end, but that it's a standard part you can buy at a local hardware store.

It is a two-lamp socket. It worked perfectly for my application (created a home-made grow light for growing vegetables from seed).

No washers or nuts are included with this. Most hardware stores carry what you need, though.
